HVS, the world’s leading full service consulting and appraisal firm devoted exclusively to the hospitality industry is set to host the second “Hotel Operations Summit - India (HOSI 2010)” a 1½ day conference on December 15-16, 2010 at The Leela Kempinski, Gurgaon. The conference is an event dedicated exclusively to hotel operations in India.

In 2009, HVS recognized and first conceptualized the idea of organizing a platform for Hotel Operations that would bring together pioneers in the industry where not only the Hotel owners, developers and management companies but hotel operations professionals could bring the best practices and techniques of a successful hotel operation system to the fore.

According to Manav Thadani, Managing Director, HVS India and founder of the Hotel Investment Conference South-Asia (HICSA) and Hotel Operations Summit–India (HOSI), “India currently does not have a well-organized conference focused on hotel operations. HVS is yet again set to bring international quality standards and the Indian hotel operations system together under one common platform called Hotel Operations Summit – India (HOSI 2010)”.
