Module Leader

Louis Lim is Director, Lausanne Hospitality Consulting and a past Professor of Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. In missions across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, he has facilitate seminars, designed training courses and consult for hotels, hotel schools, cruise and airline caterers, hospitals and clubs in human resource management and development, F?B, sales, customer care and communication. He holds a BA in business administration, Webster University and a hotel management diploma, SHATEC/EHL.

In the area of business protocol, Louis consults for hoteliers, restaurateurs, private jet and commercial airline cabin crew, bankers, construction engineers, architects, Swiss ambassadors and their spouses and butlers of royal households and state receptions.

Module Leader

Dena S Behi has been with EHL since 2006, first with the Lausanne Hospitality Research team, then as Alumni & Industry Relations Officer and now with Lausanne Hospitality Consulting. As Consultant, her projects include establishment of a 5-star hotel in the Swiss Alps, development of executive education in the spa industry and a database on industry space standards. In training, her focus is on leadership and service marketing.

Dena has a Masters in International Relations and Diplomacy from the American University, Paris where her thesis was on the human rights situation in Iran. She speaks English, French, Persian and some Spanish.
